Mr. Kieran is a Director, Development and Construction in Europe and is based in the London office. In Europe he leads the inhouse construction and development team in support of the real estate asset management and deal team efforts. His responsibilities include the review, development, and oversight of capital improvement, development, and construction budgets, project and construction scheduling, project coordination, project organizational structures, and site utilization.  He also provides underwriting assistance on acquisition of buildings, team structures and systems, management of the physical due diligence efforts and capital expenditure development.

Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Kieran was a Development Director for M3 responsible for a number of large development projects in London across a number of asset classes.

Mr. Kieran received an MSc in Real Estate from City University in London in 1994 and a BSc. in Surveying from University of Westminster in 1992.
