Lauren Okada Young is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for overseeing new and existing investments in the hospitality sector across Europe.

Ms. Okada Young joined Brookfield in 2012 in New York and relocated to London in 2016. Since joining, she has been involved in several significant acquisitions, including edyn, Student Roost, and Thayer Lodging Group.

Prior to joining Brookfield, she was an Analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking Group where she focused on M&A and corporate finance. Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and economics from Colgate University.
