Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Arche Hospitality Corporation. Prior to founding AHC in 2023, he spent 10 years working for family offices and developers in New York, where he executed more than $1.5B of acquisitions and developments in the United States and Europe. Jonathan’s expertise spans the entire value-add and opportunistic real estate investment lifecycle, and he has time and again proven his ability to steward investments to successful outcomes.
