Caroline leads the Real Estate Finance Transaction Management Team at HSBC UK Bank plc.  She is a qualified lawyer and has over fifteen years’ experience working in finance in private practice and at HSBC.  She manages a team of sixteen transaction managers, specialising in property due diligence, legal documentation and commercial risk analysis.
