Dimitrios Kolaxis is the Senior Asset Manager – Hotel Division of Sun Hung Kai Properties, one of the largest property companies in Hong Kong.
SHKP has a portfolio of 18 hotels (12 operating and 6 under development) in Hong Kong and Mainland China with a total of 6 million square feet or 7,000 rooms. Amongst those are some of the finest hotels including Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, The Ritz-Carlton and W Hong Kong, Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour, The Royal Garden in TST East, Royal Plaza Hotel in Mong Kok, The Ritz Carlton Shanghai Pudong, Andaz Shanghai ITC (2025). It also owns and operates a portfolio of luxury serviced suites.
Before joining SHKP Hotels, he was the leading the Development, Technical Services and Pre-openings of Shangri-La Hotels across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Middle East and Australia for the different brands | Shangri-La Fort Manila, Shangri-La Jeddah, Shangri-La Melbourne and Kerry Hotel Hong Kong.
He has been the director in the construction and real estate development of residential and commercial projects in Mainland China, where he also mastered the skills of leadership and Mandarin Chinese.
