Jelle Martens (he/him) is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Cycas Hospitality.

Jelle is a graduate of Maastricht University. Prior to joining Cycas Hospitality, he worked in international real estate finance. Within Cycas Hospitality, Jelle is responsible for the companies’ governance, hotel’s legal compliance and new transactions. Jelle has worked on transactions in many different European jurisdictions, in various European languages.
